Week of 10-20-14

The first quarter will end this Friday. This week and next week we will be completing our unit on Fairy Tales, Fables, Myths, Tall Tales, and Legends. We will begin working with nouns and will continue writing opinion pieces this week. Spelling List #5 was sent home last week. We will have a test this Thursday. A Study Island assignment will be posted on Monday and the due date will be Friday, October 24th. Be sure your child completes these assignments as they review classroom lessons and count for a grade. Finally, October book reports are due next Thursday.
